If anything's wrong with your order, write us at hello@cannessalt.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.

What's covered

  • Damaged in transit: photo to hello@cannessalt.com — we ship a replacement at no charge.
  • Wrong item received: we ship the right item and let you keep the wrong one (or arrange a return).
  • Not happy with the salt for any reason: full refund within 30 days of delivery, no return required.

How to start a return

Email hello@cannessalt.com with your order number. We respond within two business days with next steps.

Refund processing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm. Stripe handles the actual refund; we initiate it.

What's not covered

  • Salt past 30 days of delivery (unless it's a quality issue we caused — then talk to us anyway).
  • Salt that's been opened, used, and there's no quality complaint (because of food-safety chain of custody).
