The Difference
Industrial table salt is bleached down to 99% sodium chloride. Standard sea salt sits in the middle. Cannes Salt is different by design — and the lab numbers say so.
The Lab
Most table salt is 99% sodium chloride — purified, bleached, stripped of everything else during industrial refining. Cannes Salt sits at 76 – 80% sodium chloride. The remaining 20 – 24% is what makes the difference.
